Interested Track & Field athletes are encouraged to join the Cross-Country team and Running Club for the Fall Season or cross-train by participating in other sports. The Track & Field training program begins Tuesday March 10, and runs every Tuesday/Thursday 6:50am indoors. Our RSEQ meet is typically Friday, May 15. Students need a water bottle and quality running shoes to participate.
